The following is an interactive map of the locations of the 530+ community brass and concert bands of Australia. The information featured on this map is linked to each band’s rehearsal location. If your band is not featured on this map or you wish to inform us of any changes or corrections please contact us.

This is an ongoing project designed to provide a streamlined method to easily obtain the following information about bands:

  • Band Name
  • Rehearsal Location & Time
  • Website Link
  • Facebook Page
Brass bands are represented with red pins and concert bands with blue pins. Please click on the map to view information about bands. All bands can be searched for and located by clicking on the 'legend' toggle located on the left side of the map (or at the bottom of the map on mobile devices). It is advisable to untick the layers of the types of band that you are not looking for due to the nature of pin 'stacking' on the map which may cause some bands to be obscured in the default view. Zooming in closer to a location on the map will provide greater detail. The brass band layers are populated after the concert band layers which initially give the map a predominately 'red' appearance.

The NBCA will endeavour to keep this information regularly updated so that it is as current and accurate as possible, however it is inevitable that band details may change without notice. It is strongly recommended that bands be contacted directly via their websites and/or social media accounts for up to date information regarding rehearsal locations and times.
